You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by email at [email protected] or through the contact form. You can order as a registered customer or as a guest.
Cash on delivery (Croatia only) or bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice.
Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days from receipt of payment, or from order processing for cash on delivery. We deliver with GLS or DPD.
Croatia: free over €70, otherwise €4.90. Slovenia and Hungary: free over €150, otherwise €6.99. Austria, Germany, Czechia and Slovakia: free over €150, otherwise €8.99.
Consumers (private individuals) can withdraw within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Businesses have no right of withdrawal but can complain about faulty or damaged products.
Send your complaint by email to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, with your details, the order number, a description of the defect and, if possible, photos. We reply within 15 days.
Check the parcel as soon as you receive it and let us know within two working days of delivery.
All prices are in euros and include VAT (25%).
