Payment Methods

In the forzanta.com store you can pay for your order in three ways. All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier when collecting the shipment.

• Available only for deliveries within the Republic of Croatia
• The amount is paid to the courier on collection, in cash or by card, depending on the courier's capabilities
• No additional fee for this payment method

If an order is not collected, the cash-on-delivery option will be disabled for future orders, as described in the Terms and Conditions. In that case we arrange the order against a proforma invoice.

Bank transfer against a proforma invoice

For companies, sole traders and anyone who prefers to pay by transfer.

1. Complete the order by selecting bank transfer as the payment method
2. You receive a proforma invoice by e-mail with all payment details
3. Make the payment within the deadline stated on the proforma invoice
4. Once the payment is recorded, we prepare your shipment

The delivery period starts from receipt of payment. If payment is not made within the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Invoice

We issue an invoice for every order, which you receive by e-mail. If you are buying as a legal entity, enter your company name and OIB when ordering so they appear correctly on the invoice.

Payment security

All communication with the Store takes place over a secured connection (HTTPS). We do not collect or store payment details - the amount is paid to the courier on collection, or transferred to our account.
