A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal belongs to a consumer - a natural person purchasing a product for personal use, outside their business activity.
Legal entities, sole traders and other business entities do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal, as under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act this right applies exclusively to consumers. For faulty or damaged products, the complaint procedure is the same for all buyers and is described in the Terms and Conditions.
The 14-day period begins on the day when you, or a person designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the product.
If several products ordered together are delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last product.
To withdraw it is sufficient that you send us the notice before the deadline expires - the product does not have to be returned by then.
Notify us with an unambiguous statement before the deadline expires:
You may use the form at the bottom of this page, but you are not obliged to - any clear statement showing that you are withdrawing from the contract is sufficient.
Return the product undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the product, unless agreed otherwise.
You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
We will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving a valid request, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly request otherwise. No fee is charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you supply evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery, and to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you (for example items bearing your logo or inscription).
