These Terms define the procedures for ordering, payment, delivery and complaints regarding products purchased through the Store. The Buyer accepts these Terms by using the Store.
The Buyer may be a natural person (consumer) or a legal entity/sole trader:
Forzanta d.o.o. may refuse or limit an order in case of suspected misuse, when a product is sold out or temporarily unavailable, or when the Buyer does not meet the conditions of a promotional offer. In such cases the Buyer will be notified by e-mail and any payment already made will be refunded.
Information on the website is of an informative nature; Forzanta d.o.o. strives to ensure its accuracy but does not guarantee it is free of error.
The relationship between Forzanta d.o.o. and the Buyer is governed by these Terms, the Croatian Civil Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.
Forzanta d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms; Buyers will be notified of changes on the website or by e-mail. Continued use of the Store after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Until the full amount has been paid (including the price of the products, delivery costs and any applicable fees), the delivered goods remain the property of Forzanta d.o.o.. The Buyer may not dispose of the goods (sell, give away, pledge) before settling all obligations towards Forzanta d.o.o. in full.
Orders can be placed electronically through the online form (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), by e-mail to [email protected], or through the contact form on the website.
The Buyer may order as a registered user or as a guest. The Buyer must enter accurate and complete details (name, surname, address, e-mail, phone); Forzanta d.o.o. is not liable for incorrectly entered data.
An order is considered confirmed when the Buyer receives an e-mail stating that the order has been dispatched for delivery. That moment constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract.
If payment is required before delivery, the order confirmation will state the payment method and deadline. If payment is not made within that deadline, Forzanta d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the order.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The statutory VAT rate applies, which may differ between product categories; the rate applied to each item is shown in the order confirmation and on the invoice.
Forzanta d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; the price stated in the order confirmation is final.
The Buyer may pay by:
For card payments, the amount is charged when the order is processed. The Buyer bears any bank fees under the terms of their card issuer or bank.
The Buyer bears all customs, import and other administrative duties charged by local authorities in the country of destination; Forzanta d.o.o. is not liable for delays or refusal of customs clearance due to unpaid duties or incorrect documentation.
Ordered products are delivered by the GLS or DPD courier services. Delivery costs depend on the destination country:

Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days from receipt of payment (or from order processing in the case of cash on delivery).
If the courier service fails to deliver the shipment due to an incorrectly entered address or the Buyer being unavailable, the Buyer bears the additional costs of return or repeated delivery. If the Buyer is unavailable for collection and the courier charges additional fees (e.g. repeated delivery attempt or parcel storage), those costs will be charged to the Buyer, and Forzanta d.o.o. may temporarily suspend further deliveries until they are settled.
The Buyer must inspect the delivered contents immediately upon receipt. If the Buyer finds that the wrong product was delivered, that an ordered item is missing, or that the packaging is damaged in a way that may indicate tampering, the Buyer shall notify Forzanta d.o.o. without delay and no later than two working days from the date of delivery, by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the registered office. Failure to notify in time is deemed to constitute agreement that the delivery was correct and releases Forzanta d.o.o. from liability for defects established subsequently.
In the event of an obvious error in the price or description of a product (e.g. a typographical error or a technical fault on the website), Forzanta d.o.o. reserves the right to contact the Buyer and offer the correct price or cancel the order at no cost. The Buyer may accept the new price or request a refund of the amount paid.
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the consumer-Buyer took possession of the product.
The Buyer must notify Forzanta d.o.o. of the withdrawal before the deadline expires, by e-mail ([email protected]) or by post (Forzanta d.o.o., Ulica Andrije Kačića Miošića 41, 10410 Velika Gorica, Croatia).
The product must be returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. The cost of return is borne by the Buyer unless agreed otherwise. If the conditions are met, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of a valid request, using the same payment method, unless the Buyer requests otherwise.

Legal entities have no right of withdrawal within 14 days, as that right applies exclusively to consumers. For complaints regarding faulty or damaged products, the procedure is the same as for natural persons.
The Buyer may submit a complaint about a faulty or damaged product no later than 7 days from delivery. Complaints are submitted by e-mail ([email protected]) or in writing to Forzanta d.o.o., Ulica Andrije Kačića Miošića 41, 10410 Velika Gorica, Croatia.
A complaint must include the Buyer's details (name or company name, address, OIB/registration number), the order and/or receipt number, and a description of the defect, with photographs where possible.
Forzanta d.o.o. is obliged to respond to a complaint within 15 days of receipt. If the complaint is justified, the Buyer may receive a replacement product, a repair, or a refund of part or all of the amount paid. If the product cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable time, the Buyer is entitled to a refund.
The cost of returning a faulty product is borne by Forzanta d.o.o. if the complaint is justified; otherwise it is borne by the Buyer.
For products with a shorter shelf life prescribed by law or by their nature (e.g. cosmetics, hygiene products, food items), the warranty lasts until the stated expiry date. A complaint about such products must be submitted no later than the last day of the shelf life, with a mandatory photograph of the packaging clearly showing the expiry date.
If the Buyer fails to collect or refuses an order paid by cash on delivery, their account, e-mail or OIB will be flagged as "uncollected COD". From that moment, the cash-on-delivery option will no longer be available for future orders. In that case the Buyer must choose card payment or bank transfer.
Forzanta d.o.o. processes Buyers' personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679), the Croatian Act implementing the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act.
Data collection is limited to the minimum necessary for processing orders, communication and fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, tax). The Buyer has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and may contact us at [email protected].
The Store uses cookies to improve the user experience and analyse visits; the Buyer may restrict or disable cookies through browser settings, which may limit the functionality of the Store.
If the Buyer has a registered user account, they are responsible for the security of their access credentials (e-mail and password) and must notify Forzanta d.o.o. immediately if account misuse is suspected. Forzanta d.o.o. may block access to the account in the event of suspected misuse or unauthorised access.

All content in the Store (texts, photographs, logos, graphics, video and audio materials) is protected by copyright, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights and belongs to Forzanta d.o.o. or to third parties who have granted the right of use.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or public publication of the content is strictly prohibited.
Buyers may leave reviews or comments, but Forzanta d.o.o. has the right to remove or amend any content that is offensive, discriminatory or unlawful, or that infringes third-party copyright.
Buyers are granted only a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to access and view the Store's content for the purpose of ordering products. Any commercial use, downloading or further distribution of the content without written permission from Forzanta d.o.o. is strictly prohibited.

Legal entities must attach the following details to a complaint: company name, registration number, OIB and address.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Buyer may use alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or other available alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms.
All relations between Forzanta d.o.o. and the Buyer are governed by Croatian law, in particular the Civil Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.
All disputes will be resolved before the competent court at the registered office of Forzanta d.o.o., unless otherwise prescribed by law.
Forzanta d.o.o. reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect on the day they are published on the website.
In the case of material changes (e.g. changes to the rules on returns, complaints or payment methods), Buyers will be notified at least 15 days before the changes take effect, by notice in the Store or by e-mail.
After that period, continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
